Who makes decisions at the waldorf school of tampa bay?
Who knows? However, it is definitively stated by the Waldorf School of Tampa Bay that the parents will have no role: "...there is no parental right of access to, representation in, or involvement in the school's decision making bodies, processes or meetings."
Throughout the last year, parents have requested information on the composition of the Board of Trustees, with no response. Throughout the teacher hiring process and the backlash against the school's decision, parent's respectfully requested information on the hiring process, with little substantive response. No information about governance is available on the school website or in the "Family Handbook".
Lack of Transparency and Accountability: All inquires of this nature have been utterly stonewalled. The Waldorf School of Tampa Bay arrogantly maintains, in both word and action, that they have no accountability to anyone.
